This is a place I go to all the time. Very nice & clean, fast.
If you're McDonald's and you're out of Coke, out of ketchup, out of Powerade, and out of sweet tea, there is a major problem. Dirty place, trash on floor.... Nothing resembles any sort of pride whatsoever. I will say that my brief experience with the employees was ok. I'll point fingers at management for the worst McDonald's experience of my life.
I thought it would be different when the new one was opened but I was terribly wrong. My order has been wrong so many times and when I send it back in I have waited up to 30 no utes for them to fix it. They always say your sauce is in the bag and then when I drive home 20 mins from the restaurant it's not in the bag at all.
Beautiful but completely overwhelmed store with menu boards to order from. Pay cash to a clerk and use mobile app coupons with the clerk. Poorly trained employees who don't seem to be aware.
My family was on the way home on a long road trip through the night and needed some breakfast. We stopped in West Memphis and got our food. My wife is dairy free so the only thing she can have is a McMuffin with sausage and egg. (No cheese). I told them that specifically and they didn't get it right. We didn't check until on the road. The next Mc Donald's was Forrest City. They did not ask questions, they told me that they were very sorry and sent me on my way with 2 hot new sandwiches. They even threw in 2 hash browns for us (she can't eat them but the thought was well appreciated). Very impressed with the staff at Forrest City. I will stop in on another road trip
