He's a great doctor, that's why he has such a large clientele. People come from Wynne, Marianna and other surrounding cities to see the best. I do hate the overbooking and slow pace of the office, make sure you clear your entire day no matter what time your appointment is otherwise you might have to walk out and reschedule, I have many times.....
SLOWEST OFFICE IN THE AREA!! My appointment was at 10am, so we got here early and I'm still waiting around at noon. No explanation, no apologies, no consideration for my schedule or day. We will never come back here even if I have to go all the way to Memphis or Jonesboro.
Not only are they slow, but the scheduling department is so bad. Whenever you call it takes about two or more weeks before you can get in to see the doctor. Then when you show up they might tell you, you didn't have an appointment after you have waited 30 mins or more. This happen to me twice and they was so nonchalant about it-when I had to take off. I really hate that scheduling is like that because I think Dr. Saringlu and Lana Mears are great. He has been my doctor since I turned a teen.
