My Customer service experience was delightful. You don't get this type of experience on a daily basis. I love the table I got early morning yesterday. It's very beautiful and they're aren't any stratches or stains on it. This is my second time using Rent One and the furniture is Always beautiful. No stains or rips. Worst place in town Tanisha is the driest unfriendly person you can deal with ..they've gone through so many employees, but yet she remains hmmmmmmmmmmm wonder WHY ??? SHE NEVER SMILES always walking around with head phones on treats you like your a bother. I've had nothing but bad experience there they LIE an Discriminate !! I would suggest you just go buy somewhere instead of giving your hard earned money to keep people like that on payroll. They say there policy is you can return anytime but then if you return the items in perfect condition they Discriminate and say they won't rent to you anymore. All around loosers in a dead end job jealous of those that got cash money to spend...left there and went right to dixie and bought better stuff an paid cash.
