Many problems needed to be fixed apartments need updating horrible carpet appliances, AC going out constantly, no hot water, busted pipes going days without water Apartment Manager who could not remember to fix issues just a few problems I experienced when I lived there.
It is the best place in Forrest City until you build or buy.
I have been a resident at Chapel Ridge for 6 years. I always recommend my apartments to anyone looking for a home in Forrest City. They are the best apartments in town. The Manager if super friendly and also professional. I love to stop by the office and visit with the staff. They are like family!

The staff--all of them--are absolutely fantastic and responsive, however. The apartments appear to be safe, as possible, too.
New carpet, new paint, and all new appliances. However, the commodes were not just dirty--they were filthy black on the way inside. Had to use bleach without end!!! Sink and disposal are unusable.
I relocated here because of my job. I don't know what the other reviewer was talking about, but, expensive is not the word for this property. New? Yes. Quiet? Yes. Worth the move? Yes. This property is comparable to the ritzier ones in Memphis. The grounds are extremely well-kept and manicured and clean. My only adjustment was the size of the two bedroom Apts bedrooms. I made the adjustment by using the included storage space outside, but its manageable. But the design is organized in a way that allows for more space in the common areas to encourage entertaining or space for family time. But my wife and I love it. I highly recommend it. Disregard the negative comments. It is lovely here. Look us up when you move in.
