We greatly enjoyed our stay at Comfort Suites. We did not book ahead of time, as we were driving and not sure where we would stop. We went in about 8pm, and Jared was at the front desk. He was very accommodating, making sure our party got rooms next to each other. The only other staff member we interacted with was the gal who did breakfast, and she was very friendly and kept the breakfast buffet well stocked (they have tasty biscuits and gravy!).
This is an update from my review a year ago. I'm not as pleased with this stay. First, I conversed at check in about my niece and nephew using the fold out to sleep in and they did not tell me that the linens were not in the room already, nor did they offer any. Evidently they allow the locals to use the pool and breakfast area for children's pool/birthday parties now. The areas were taken up both nights with parties. My niece wanted to use the pool both nights but didn't feel comfortable doing so because of this. I'm dissatisfied with this stay. I'll be contacting corporate to complain.
Staff was extremely friendly and eager to answer all questions. Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was amazing as well. Well worth the room rate I paid. Will stay again for sure.
The hotel has recently gone under some renovations, and everything smelled and looked new. My youngest crawled around on the carpet and his knees stayed clean. The bed (king) was very comfortable, and the rooms were big enough to easily set up two pack n' plays a fair distance apart. There are microwaves and fridges in the rooms. the bathrooms were clean and the water pressure/temperature was great. Next door they used the pull out couch which was as comfortable as those are. Overall our stay was pleasant, and everything was wonderful.
I really enjoyed my 3 days stay here. Clean room, clean smell and clean hallways. When housekeeping came to clean everyday they were very nice. The front desk clerk Ryane is awesome! As well as the manager who helped me understand how to work the heat thermostat in my room. I will be back several times to stay there. Great Job Staff!
We have a large family (6 people). They were kind, accommodating, and understanding of our small kids. It was a very pleasant and affordable stay.
I've stayed the Forrest City location twice now. The staff members are always polite and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfasts are always great compared to equal level hotels. I'll stay again.
