Amazing customer service by the front desk attendants (Jeremy and Sampson). Professional, courteous and very polite.
Really clean and comfortable place to stay. It was kind of a surprise how nice it was in the middle of nowhere! The pool was nice and the people friendly and helpful.
Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Dirty, old yellow sheets and old (very old) pillow cases, a very hard old bed. No TV guide, no sports channels, no carts to bring in your luggage, bathroom door will not close. The list is endless. This place on the surface looks great but get inside you think you stumbled into a Motel 6.
The people are wonderful. The breakfast is diverse. The rooms and decor are modern and comfortable. The bed and pillows and accommodations were exceptional. There isn't much to do in the area, but settling in and ordering to go and you are all set.
Our stay was excellent. The staff was friendly and fast. The room was clean and cool. The breakfast was stocked and tasty. We left well rested and ready to continue our adventure.

I have stayed at 2 other H.I.E (Amarillo TX and Oklahoma City) no complaints about the hotels look and cleanliness, however the staff in Amarillo and Oklahoma City were rude. The maid service in both those locations woke me up at 9 am to clean my room even tho check out wasn't till 12. So I was very SURPRISED when I arrived in Forrest City H.I.E and was treated so nice by the front desk attendants.
