No parking on west side of building. Door has huge gaps from missing weather seal. No phone in room. Window shade is shear and you can see through it. The heavier drapes are decorative and do not cover the window. A little seedy. Room wasn't clean with trash behind bed stands, hair in sink, front of toilet dirty, stained furniture carpet and wash cloths. A cockroach climbing on the bed and a huge spider on the wall. Did not have water glasses or disposable cups in the room nor bath matt to stand on when done with a shower. Toilet constantly refilling because of a tank leak. Check in friendly and helpful but there was NO ONE in the lobby when ready to leave for at least an hour. Free breakfast was still not available by 8:00. I left.

Let me start by saying that the woman at the front desk was awesome (and pretty cute!)!!! She should get 5 stars. I hope the ear infection goes away soon. However, this review is for the hotel...

For starters, my reservation was not at the hotel. The woman at the desk had to call the Days Inn next door and confirm it was there. She went and checked that a room was ready before giving me the key. Mentioned there was no pillows on one of the beds, no toilet paper, and no towels. She was working diligently on getting the toilet paper and towels. My reservation was for a non-smoking king, not two queens. Whatever...I've been on the road for 12 hours and really didn't care.

This hotel isn't even staffed/ready to be open.

This place is a dump!....after checking in we went to the room and it smelled like fresh cigarette smoke with a soda pop can on the nightstand with cigarette ashes on it....the bed covers were partially thrown back as if someone had recently slept in it....don't think this room had been cleaned at all before check in....the phone cord was ripped from the phone and the bathroom was definitely not up to code/standards....giving this place "0 stars"....will not recommend this place to anyone!

Once I got my cancellation taken care of, I drove another 30 minutes south to Brinkley, Arkansas and stayed at a pretty nice Super 8.

I get to the room and the room did not appear horrible. But as other reviews have mentioned, I looked in the sink and shower...YUCK!!! I am not a clean snob by any means, but bugs and previous guests hair...I didn't even want to think about the sheets. That, I do care about in a hotel. Also, as another guest stated, the toilet was constantly running. I was wanting to watch the Mayweather fight and there was no wifi except from the Days Inn next door. That signal was barely strong enough to check email.

About that time, the woman from the front desk knocked on the door with toilet paper and towels. I felt bad for asking, but I asked about cancelling my reservation. She gave no disagreement and would call the Manager. I had to call Expedia and get a full refund.
